We'd like to take a moment to help you get acquainted with our new Online Print Center.
First Time Visitors
If you're a first-time visitor to our Online Print Center, we think you'll find it quite easy to use. The first time you use any of our Customer Service forms (forms found by clicking Request an Estimate / Place an Order / Send a File) we'll ask you for your contact information. We'll use your information to create a free Online Print Center account, and we'll send your unique account information to the e-mail address you provide.
We'll also automatically log you into the system, and keep you logged in for up to one year unless you specifically logout. (You'll want to logout if you are accessing the Online Print Center through a "public" computer.)
Returning Visitors
If you have used the Online Print Center within the last year, you may already be logged in. If not, you may login by clicking the Online Print Center button, or by clicking the login link on any Customer Service form (Request an Estimate / Place an Order / Send a File).
Why Login?
Logging into the system saves you time because you won't have to reenter your contact information. You also gain the benefit of having immediate access to your online activity, including both current work in progress and historical orders.
Request an Estimate Form
This form is to be used when initiating a job. The Estimate request will go directly to the Estimating department so that they can provide you with a quick and accurate estimate for your project. NOTE: You can attach files to this form for the estimators to reference.
Place an Order Form
This form is to be used after you receive your Estimate. The Order request will go directly to the Production department so that they can start your project. NOTE: You can attach your final files to this form that will be used for printing.
Send a File Form
This form is to be used after an Order has been started or in the event that you simply need to transfer a file to a Staff member. The file you send will go directly to the Staff member you select. NOTE: In most instance, files should be attached to Placed Orders or Estimate Requests when initiating a project.
uDesignIT! Feature
With uDesignIT!, you will be capable of creating print-ready PDF files based on preformatted shells and templates. uDesignIT! takes the information provided by you the customer and fuses that information with a preformatted PDF file. A business card is a perfect example. You enter your contact information (Name, Title, E-mail, Phone, etc..) into an online form, hit the "View Proof" button, and instantly see a proof online. Once approved, the print-ready PDF is attached to your order.

Product Catalog Feature
We can setup your own online document library that contains actual samples of each of your printed products. This system allows you the ability to easily locate a particular product, see it on-screen, and review the order history. This simple, easy-to-use feature is ideal for all of you who are interested in a way to organize and reorder your printed products online.
